How far in advance should we book our Christian wedding planner services?
We recommend booking your Christian wedding planner 8-12 months in advance for full planning, though we can accommodate shorter timelines. For day-of coordination, 3-6 months is typically sufficient.
Can TX Wedding Planners work with our specific budget?
Absolutely! We tailor every wedding to fit your unique budget and preferences.
Are you able to handle special dietary requirements for the wedding reception?
Yes, we work closely with caterers who can accommodate various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher options. Let us know your requirements, and well ensure they are met.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than six months before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than six months prior to the wedding date will forfeit the deposit.
Do you handle wedding legalities such as licenses?
We guide on obtaining marriage licenses, and recommend professionals for legal advice if required
Can we select vendors outside of your preferred vendor list?
While we have a curated list of tried and trusted vendors, we are open to working with new vendors of your choosing. We prioritize your preferences and satisfaction and will vet any new vendors as needed to ensure quality and reliability.
